OUR CURRENT EFFORTS
Care & Share
Care and Share provide high quality gently used clothing, housewares, and furniture at low prices and use the proceeds to purchase food which is given to those in need.
Care and Share is a mission designed to help meet the most basic of needs in our community-food and clothing. These blessings are provided free of charge to those in need in the community. Volunteers in any capacity are appreciated. We are open to the public on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 8:00-12:00 noon.

Shade Tree Missions exists to show the love of God in a practical way by engaging in local mission endeavors in Richland Parish. Northeast Louisiana is one of the most impoverished places in the nation and Rayville, LA is the third poorest town in the state. Furthermore, there are many in our Parish who do not know Christ as their personal Savior, and still more do not regularly attend a local church. As a full time missionary, Deanna Corbett engages in numerous opportunities to help meet practical needs with the view of sharing God’s love with the people He loves.
Ongoing ministries of Shade Tree Missions include: “God’s Big Backyard” Bible Club, Kid’s Club, Little Lambs Snack Pack Program, tutoring at the Christian Learning Center and Rayville Elementary School and teaching a Bible Study at the Richland Volunteer Council on Aging.
